How this site uses cookies

Cookies and similar browser storage are small pieces of data a website keeps in your browser. This site sets no advertising cookies and nothing that follows you across other sites. What it does use falls into two groups: analytics, which only stores anything if you accept it, and strictly necessary storage, which the site cannot work without.

Analytics: PostHog

We use PostHog to understand how the site is used, such as which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked, so we can improve the product. If you accept, PostHog stores a small identifier in a cookie and in localStorage so it can tell returning visits apart, and nothing more. It is never used for advertising, and the data is stored on PostHog’s EU cloud.

If you decline, nothing is stored in your browser at all: PostHog switches to cookieless mode and counts visits anonymously, without cookies, localStorage, or any identifier that could follow you.

Strictly necessary storage

These do not require consent because the site cannot work without them:

  • The waitlist form, provided by Clerk, may set cookies strictly necessary for that form to work.
  • If you dismiss the language suggestion banner, a small flag in sessionStorage stops it reappearing. It never leaves your browser and disappears when you close the tab.
  • Your cookie choice itself is stored in localStorage, so we do not have to ask again on every visit.

Your choice

You can change your mind at any time. The change applies immediately.
